Made to order

Every Chase Streetwear piece is printed and prepared specifically for you when you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Available on all orders over £80.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Total estimated time from order to door: 5–10 working days.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Track your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website or app.

My order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch and we'll look into it straight away.

To ensure we can help, please report any missing orders within 60 days of your dispatch date so we can raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us at hello@chasestreetwear.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Packaging

Your order arrives in secure, eco-conscious packaging. We minimise plastic use wherever possible and are always looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint.
