Returns & Refunds

At Chase Streetwear, comfort and fit are paramount. We offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date of delivery, exceeding UK legal requirements, to provide peace of mind for any reason, including fit, style, or sensory preferences.

Don't forget: if you choose to take a store credit instead of a refund, we will add an extra 10% to the value of your return.

We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for our Shop Now Store Credit. Store credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero. To request store credit, simply state that you would like a store credit during the returns process.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Standard Returns: Within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Faulty or Defective Items: No time limit. Eligible for full refund or replacement if defective (e.g., print errors, fabric tears). We cover all associated costs.
  • Exceptions: No returns on sale items (50%+ off), personalised/custom prints (unless faulty).

How to Return

Customers can initiate returns directly through the self-service feature on their order status page or account (no separate portal required):

  1. Visit your order status page (link provided in your order confirmation email) or log in to your account.
  2. Select the order and items to return.
  3. Choose a reason and submit the request (upload photos if claiming a fault).

We review requests promptly and notify you via email upon approval. If approved:

  • We provide return shipping instructions and address.
  • Return shipping is free for all returns (e.g., prepaid label emailed).

Exchanges can be requested during the process; we will coordinate replacements (subject to stock) or issue store credit upon receipt.

We inspect returns within 2 business days of receipt and process refunds or credits accordingly.
