Shipping Policy – Chase Streetwear

At Chase Streetwear, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked services. All orders are subject to our production lead time of 3 to 5 working days before dispatch.

Products are made to order –(dispatched in 3–5 days + 2–5 days delivery)

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping methods for UK deliveries:

• Standard Shipping: Based on order quantity and weight – Estimated delivery in 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over £80.

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day, subject to production completion. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or events beyond our control (e.g., weather or postal disruptions).

Tracking Your Order

All shipments are tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website or app. If you encounter any issues, contact us with your order number at <hello@chasestreetwear.com>.

What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

While rare, parcels can occasionally be delayed or lost. We cannot issue replacements or refunds for non-delivery until 10 working days after dispatch for UK orders. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please check with your local post office and confirm your delivery address before contacting us. We must be notified of any missing orders within 60 calendar days of dispatch; after this period, we cannot replace orders free of charge.

Packaging

Your items will be packaged securely and eco-friendly, with minimal plastic use where possible.

Future Expansion

While we currently ship only within the UK, we plan to extend services to select EU countries in the future. Updates will be reflected in this policy.
